Here’s how the Gluing machine works

The operator places the plastic components in the product carriers, which are equipped with a turning point. Next, the operator places the product carrier with the components into the gluing station. Here, the gluing robot takes over and applies the (UV) glue in a precise pattern according to a set pattern. Once the (UV) glue has been applied, the operator removes the product carrier from the glue station and folds it closed, positioning the components on top of each other.

After that, the operator places the product carrier with the components into the curing station. Thanks to the UV lamp power of the Gluing machine, the (UV) glue is cured with a preset time and intensity. During the curing process, the parts are pressed together with constant force. As soon as the curing is complete, the operator opens the tray of the curing station and removes the product carrier, together with the glued product. The components are now firmly bonded and form the high-quality finished product.
