BOX-EXT: compact cartoner for boxes with cardboard insert

The automatic tray forming machine significantly enhances production efficiency. Once the operator positions a flat carton, the machine aligns it over the folding tool. The pressing tool then shapes and secures the box by applying precise pressure, ensuring it is correctly formed and glued. The finished box is conveyed to the next station, where it is ready to receive the cardboard insert. The flat insert is placed manually in the cartoner, then automatically folded, glued, and positioned inside the box.

For boxes with inserts, the cycle time ranges between 12 and 20 seconds, while boxes without inserts cycle between 10 and 15 seconds, depending on box size and operator speed. Additionally, the machine’s working height can be adjusted from 1.05 to 1.10 meters, providing ergonomic flexibility.
